2、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders
a. Bidders must possess independent legal personality, have the ability to undertake this project, and be reputable manufacturers.
b. Provide a performance certificate (original or photocopy of the contract) of the company with a contract amount of 500000 yuan or more in the past three years, similar to this project.
c. The registered capital of the bidder shall not be less than 5 million yuan, with good credit standing and holding valid business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other qualification certificates.
d. Capable of resisting risks and ensuring quality, able to bear all losses caused during the construction process.
e. The equipment, materials, etc. required for the project shall be provided by the contractor themselves.
f. We do not accept consortium bidding. All quotations are in formal written form and are inclusive of tax.
g. At least one year of similar construction project performance experience in the enterprise.
2、 Acquisition of bidding documents
The bidder shall request the bidding documents for this project from the tenderer before May 22, 2023. The tenderer will send the bidding documents to each bidder's email or collect them on site via email.
3、 Bid security deposit
Please transfer the bid security deposit of RMB 100000.00 (in words: One Hundred Thousand Yuan) to the designated account of the bidding party before 17:30 on May 21, 2023

The bid security deposit of unsuccessful bidders shall be fully refunded by the bidding unit within 7 working days after the announcement of the results (without interest), and the security deposit of the winning bidder shall be automatically converted into a performance security deposit after the contract is signed.
