On the afternoon of June 29th, the 2018 National College Graduates Employment Symposium of Yixing New Energy, a subsidiary of Luobo Group, was held in the conference room on the fifth floor. Yang Bomin, General Manager of Yixing New Energy, Li Maogang, Executive Vice General Manager, Lin Jiangping, Deputy General Manager, and relevant department leaders attended the meeting, and 13 newly recruited graduate students participated in the discussion. The symposium was held in a warm and relaxed atmosphere, and the newly hired graduate students confidently, energetically, and slightly shyly introduced themselves and shared their experiences and thoughts on joining the company. Subsequently, Li Maogang introduced the company's history, current development status, featured products, and various rules and regulations. He hoped that everyone could adapt to the working environment, focus on their positions, study hard, lay a solid foundation, constantly explore in their work, improve their work ability and professional quality, and add new strength to the sustainable development of the enterprise.
Yang Bomin stated at the symposium that the significance of this national symposium on the employment of college graduates is extraordinary, fully reflecting the company's emphasis on talent. After the meeting, a three week onboarding training will be organized, with special lectures given by professors from Wuhan University of Technology, to further accelerate the pace of integrating theory with practice for new employees.
